I collect, use and protect your personal information In line with the Independent Commissioners Office (ICO).

Your contact details are used for the provision of Counselling services, Accounting and Administration purposes and are held securely. I keep your records digitally, they are secured with a password, held for 1 year, after which time they are deleted securely.

Your details are not shared with any other parties other than for the reasons outlined above and those outlined in my contract.

Your Rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2018, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 you have the following rights:

To access and have copies of the personal information I hold about you
To request that we cease processing your personal information if the processing is causing you damage or distress
To request that I do not send you marketing communications
To have your personal information erased
To restrict or object to my data processing activities
To receive from me the personal information I hold about you which you have provided to me, in a reasonable format and without charge.
To request that I correct the personal information I hold about you if It is incorrect.
